We've had a number of our clients ask if there's a way for them to leave comments or any kind of notation in their PPC dashboards to indicate if a lead turned into a sale or not, what the lead quality was, etc. I'm submitting a request for some kind of functionality in Shinobi dashboards that is interactive. For example, the Legacy dashboards have a star rating function in the calls screen where a client can rate their PPC calls. This appears to have been phased out with Shinobi.
