Matchcraft is a marketing platform that enables companies to successfully sell and manage search, display, and social campaigns for advertisers. Matchcraft helps organizations efficiently manage campaigns of all sizes. NinjaCat leverages our MatchCraft integration for the purpose of sending NinjaTrack data FROM NinjaCat TO MatchCraft. This integration is unique because we are not pulling data from the API, we are pushing data out. This article will lead you through the steps to create a new Matchcraft Network connection, connect the network to your advertiser accounts, and lists a few details about how Matchcraft works inside of NinjaCat.
Adding the Integration Data Network
1. Go to the Setup Settings
2. Follow the instructions in the article How to Connect a Direct Data Network Connection to begin the process of making the Network connection
3. Fill the required fields on the Network Settings page with the requested credentials
NinjaNote: For authentication, a Vendor ID, Program Name, and Token are required. There is no software-based method for gathering that info. You must contact Matchcraft to get those credentials
Click the "Add Network" button near the bottom right
Connecting Advertiser Specific Integration Data to a NinjaCat Account
1. Follow the instructions in the article How To Add a Single Data Connection to a NinjaCat Account to begin the process of making the client-specific data connection
2. Fill in the required fields on the Connect Data Source page by using the provided drop-down menus or by typing in the requested credentials
Click "Connect" at the bottom right
NinjaNote: The MatchCraft Advertiser id is required at the Account level and is a manual input field (not drop down). Please note: MatchCraft Advertiser Id = Campaign XRef ID
Once MatchCraft is connected successfully, NinjaTrack new call data will begin being sent over to MatchCraft. If any historical data needs to be sent over, contact your designated NinjaCat contact or Customer Success Manager (CSM) to coordinate a backfill.
NinjaNote: If you need to connect multiple instances of the same data source to one account follow the steps in the article How To Add Multiple Instances of a Single Data Source
