The Google Marketing Platform Network is a unified marketing platform where you can access the following tools: Google Campaign Manager (formerly DoubleClick Campaign Manager), Google Display & Video 360 (DoubleClick Bid Manager), Google Search Ads 360 (formerly DoubleClick Search), and Google Ad Manager (formerly DoubleClick for Publishers)
NinjaNote: As stated above, the Google Marketing Platform is the umbrella Network for four possible Google DSP (Demand Side Platform) products. We have slightly different setup instructions based on which Google Marketing Platform product you plan on using.
- If you are setting up the Google Marketing Platform for the first time and not planning to connect the Google Display and Video 360 Product, you can continue setting up using the normal proposed flow STARTING HERE and ignore DETOUR instructions
- If you are setting up Google Marketing Platform for the FIRST TIME and are planning to connect the Google Display and Video 360 product, you can continue setting up using the normal proposed flow STARTING HERE AND following the DETOUR instructions
- If you had already set up a Google Marketing Platform network before November 4th, 2021 but hadn't connected the Google Display and Video 360 product and want to Click Here to jump to the proper instructions

Adding the Google Marketing Platform Network
1. Go to the Setup Settings
2. Under the Data Sources section, click on the blue "Add Network" button near the top right corner of the page
3. Click on Google Marketing Platform in the list of data source options
4. On the Network Settings screen, you can customize the name of the network connection appropriately
***DETOUR INSTRUCTION (Only follow If you are setting up Google Marketing Platform for the FIRST TIME and are planning to connect the Google Display and Video 360 product): Check the boxes next to the names of the desired Google Display and Video 360 reports***
5. Click the "Add Network" button near the bottom left
6. You will be given a window to authenticate with the required credentials and allow the appropriate permissions8. Click "Allow" in the presented popup window
When complete you will be returned to your list of connected data source network connections
Connecting Advertiser-Specific Google Marketing Platform Data to a NinjaCat Account
1. Click on "Accounts" in the Top Navigation
2. Click on the desired account in the Account list
3. In the Account Command Center click on the plus "+" near the top right of the card labeled "Data Sources"
4. Click "Connect" for the desired Google Marketing Platform option from the list
NinjaNote: Connecting the Google Marketing Platform Network in the setup settings is required to connect Google Campaign Manager, Google Display & Video 360, Google Search Ad 360, and Google Ad Manager
5. Follow the provided instructions in the help text on each Google Marketing Platform product connection page to obtain and submit the right credentials for the right GMP product

7. Click the "Connect" button near the bottom right

The instructions below are meant for specific setups regarding particular Google Marketing Platform products
NinjaNote: Follow these steps if you had already set up a Google Marketing Platform network before November 4th, 2021, but hadn't connected the Google Display and Video 360 product and want to NOW
1. Go to the Setup Settings
2. Under the Data Sources section, select the desired, existing Google Marketing Platform network
3. Click on "More Actions" in the top right
4. Click on Revoke Token
5. Click "Yes, Revoke It!" in the resulting fly over
5. Click on "More Actions"
6. Click on "Create Token"
7. You will be presented with a window to authenticate with the required credentials and also allow the appropriate permissions
8. Click "Allow" in the presented popup window
When complete you will be returned to the Network Settings page
8. Click the checkboxes next to the desired Google Display and Video 360 reports
9. Click "Save Network" in the bottom right
