Every one of your advertisers expects to benefit from the insight gained from their data visualization. There can be a laundry list of details that are exclusive to each Advertiser. The NinjaCat Account lets you keep track of all the details and customizations each Advertiser may need. This article will outline how to configure all the details under “Settings” in the NinjaCat Account.

Customize Account Details
Access Account Settings
1. After clicking on "Accounts" in the Main Navigation Bar
2. Click on the desired account from the account list
3. Click on the "More Actions" button near the top right
4. Click on "Settings"
5. The "Account" Tab will be visible by default
Account Logo
You can upload an image up to 1 MB; the image will be scaled to 300x90. This image is used in reports and on the client dashboard.
- Click on the "Upload" button under "Upload Company Logo"
- Use your computer file browser to find the image file
- Click on the image file
- Click on "Open" in the file browser
Account List Icon
You can upload an image up to 500KB; the image will be scaled to 45x45. This image is used in the accounts list.
- Click on the "Upload" button under "Upload Company Icon"
- Use your computer file browser to find the image file
- Click on the image file
- Click on "Open" in the file browser
Account Info
Fill in any important account details
- Company Name - Name of the account you would like to add
- Company Website - URL of the website for the account
- Primary Contact - Full name of account's primary contact
- Email - Email of account's primary contact
- Phone Number - The phone number of the account's primary contact
- External ID - This field allows you to specify a unique identifier for this account
- Custom Field - This field allows you to specify the {@CUSTOM_FIELD} placeholder that can be used in a template or the email body of a scheduled report
Account Owner - Please select the user who is the account manager

Selecting a Specific Dashboard Profile
- After clicking on "Accounts" in the Top Navigation Bar
- Click on the desired account from the account list
- Click on the "Settings" button near the top right
- Click on the "Dashboard Setting" Tab under the account name
- Use the "Select V2 Dashboard" Drop Down Menu to select a dashboard profile to use for this account that is different from the "Default Dashboard Profile".
When done making any edits to the information on this page Clicking on the "Save" button will save your changes. Clicking on the "Save and Exit" button will save your changes and return you to the Account Command Center.
Setting Location-Based Customizations (Localization)
- After clicking on "Accounts" in the Top Navigation Bar
- Click on the desired account from the account list
- Click on the "Settings" button near the top right
- Click on the "Localization" Tab under the account name
Localization Settings
- Date Format - The standard date format that will be used in the reports and dashboards
- Digit Format - The standard number format that will be used in the reports and dashboards
- Currency - Select the default currency you would like `Cost` to be displayed in for the agency. If the currency selected differs from the currency selected at the Network Provider level, the Cost will be translated using daily exchange rates
- Currency Format - This allows you to set the prefix and suffix for the currency that will be used in the reports and dashboards
- Time Zone - Please choose a time zone for this account
When done making any edits to the information on this page Clicking on the "Save" button will save your changes. Clicking on the "Save and Exit" button will save your changes and return you to the Account Command Center.
Setting Call Tracking Details
- After clicking on "Accounts" in the Top Navigation Bar
- Click on the desired account from the account list
- Click on the "Settings" button near the top right
- Click on the "Call Tracking" Tab under the account name
Conversion Settings
- Conversion Period - Enter the number of days that must pass before a repeat caller is eligible to convert (Min: 0 days, Max: 90 days)
- Conversion Threshold - Enter the number of seconds that must pass before a caller converts (Min: 0 seconds, Max: 99999 seconds)
- Use Phone Number Mappings in Shinobi (Toggle) - Choose whether to display calls for mapped phone numbers only (on) or for all phone numbers in new reports/dashboards. This will not change Legacy reports or dashboards (Toggle Left = Off / Toggle Right = On)
NinjaTrack Settings
Documentation and Notification settings for the NinjaTrack Call Tracking service
- Email for Notifications - Enter the email that should receive NinjaTrack email notifications
- Frequency Toggles - Choose whether to send a NinjaTrack call digest to the client. The digest can be daily, weekly (Mondays), or monthly (1st). There is a toggle for each. (Toggled Left = Off / Toggled Right = On)
- Enable Conversion Only Notifications (Toggle) - Choose to only send Email and SMS Notifications (per call) when the call is longer than the Conversion Threshold (unique is NOT checked) (Toggled Left = Off / Toggled Right = On)
- Anonymize Caller Data (Toggle) - Choose to hide all personal caller data from all users - this includes Caller Number, Name, and Address (Toggled Left = Off / Toggled Right = On)
- NinjaNote: The Anonymize Caller Data option is an option when considering HIPAA compliance

Advanced Account Settings
- After clicking on "Accounts" in the Top Navigation Bar
- Click on the desired account from the account list
- Click on the "Settings" button near the top right
- Click on the "Advanced" Tab under the account name
- Facebook Campaign Filter - Enter one or more Facebook Ads campaign names to filter this client's Facebook Ads reports. Campaign names must be an exact match. One campaign name per line.
- Facebook Action As Conversion - Please select one or more actions that will be summed up for the conversion metric for Facebook Ads. This will not change Legacy reports.
- Facebook Action As Revenue - Please select one or more values that will be summed for the Action Value metric (this is also the Revenue metric for calculations) for Facebook Ads. This will not change Legacy reports.
- Facebook Clicks (Toggle) - Enabled this option to use the Inline Link Click metric wherever the Click metric is referenced for Facebook Ads. This will not change Legacy reports.
- View Attribution Window For Conversions - Select from the drop-down menu the time window within an ad view that can be attributed to a conversion
- Click Attribution Window For Conversions - Select from the drop-down menu the time window within a click can be attributed to a conversion
SEO
- GSC/BWT Keywords - Enter one or more queries that can (optionally) be used to filter the Google Search Console or Bing WebMasterTools widgets in Reports. You may filter on multiple queries by separating them with a line break (e.g., "acme, acme widgets" will filter results for both "acme" and "acme widgets")

Margins
You can read the article, Setting Agency Default Margins for Currency Metrics, to learn more about Margins in general and setting margins at the agency set-up level.
1. After accessing the settings of the desired account
2. Click on the "Margins" Tab under the account name
3. Click on the desired Data Source to configure a margin
4. Click on the "Plus" button under Margins
5. Click on "Set" under "Start Date"
6. Select the month and year for the margin start
7. Click on "Set" under "Margin"
8. Either type numbers or click the arrow stepper to input the percentage of the total spend which constitutes the margin.
NinjaNote: If the Data Source spend is $750 and your markup is $250, your margin is 25% ($250 is 25% of the total = $1000) and would be input as .25
9. Click the "Save Margins" button near the bottom left
To edit an already created margin:
Click on the data source network for which you want to edit an existing margin
On this screen, you can change the start date, and the margin percentage or delete the margin altogether
