Being able to quickly assess the results of your marketing efforts is very important. NinjaCat provides tools for setting and tracking metric-based goals. This article is a guide to the All Goals List page.
1. Search Bar - This allows you to filter your Goals list in four ways:
- Search Goals - Type here to filter Goal list by text in the Description, Account Name, or Data Source
- Status - Filter list by threshold status
- Account Owner - Filter list by the assigned Account Owner defined in the Account Settings
- Account Group - Filter the list by an Account's membership in an Account Group
2. Account Header - Groups Goal list items by Account
3. List Info Columns - View the organized columns to see the details of each Goal
- Goal - Description info: Name, Cadence, Start, and End date
- Projected Gap - The difference between your set goal and the metric result you're projected to have at the end of the time period
- Projected Gap Percentage - The percentage of the total goal that represents the difference between your set goal and the metric result you're projected to have at the end of the time period
4. Performance Views -
- Timeline - This bar represents the progression of time between your set start date and end date
- Triangle Indicator - Represents the consistent rate of progress of your metric result based on taking your set goal and dividing it by each day in the month
- Solid Color Bar - A visualization of the actual progress of your metric result at the current time in the period
- Faded Color Bar - A visualization of the projected progress of your metric result
- Metric Scorecard - A Metric Scorecard can be chosen if your metric result is better represented that way. Like in the case of daily averages.
- Current - The current average result represented as a percentage
- Projected - The projected average by the end of your time period
- Target - The average you set as your goal
NinjaNote:
- Current metric value results are as recent as the last full day
- Projections are based on the average of the data from the last 30 days
