You will want some visible aspects of your data that are specific to a location to be dialed in. Location-based variables like how dates, numbers, and currency look may also be things that are more similar than different across your NinjaCat Advertiser Accounts. The Defaults tab under Agency Settings not only sets these preferences for your agency but also acts as a common starting point for every NinjaCat Advertiser Account you create after these preferences are saved. Localization Defaults
1. Go to the Setup Settings
2. Click on "Agency Settings" in the Setup sub-navigation bar
3. The "Defaults" Tab under Agency Settings will be visible by default
Fields for customization under Localization Defaults are
- Date Format - The standard date format that will be used in the reports and dashboards. This is the default value for any new account.
- Digit Format - The standard number format that will be used in the reports and dashboards. This is the default value for any new account.
- Currency Format - The standard number format that will be used in the reports and dashboards. This is the default value for any new account.
- Time Zone - This is the default time zone for new accounts.
Call Tracking Defaults
1. Go to the Setup Settings
2. Click on "Agency Settings" in the Setup sub-navigation bar
3. The "Defaults" Tab under Agency Settings will be visible by default
Fields for customization under Call Tracking Defaults are
- Conversion Period - The standard date format that will be used in the reports and dashboards. This is the default value for any new account.
- Conversion Threshold - The standard number format that will be used in the reports and dashboards. This is the default value for any new account.
4. Click on the "Save Settings" button to save any and all changes to these defaults
