NinjaTrack makes your job easier by being NinjaCat’s in house call tracking solution. It allows the seamless set up, purchase of tracking number, the configuration of sources, and integration of data into NinjaCat Reports. Because of the specific configuration of call tracking billing NinjaTrack’s Billing Info is kept separate from your overall NinjaCat Access Billing. This article will explain how to access and what information is available via the NinjaTrack Billing page.

NinjaTrack Account Balance
1. Go to the Setup Settings
2. Click on "NinjaTrack in the sub-navigation bar
3. The remaining Account Balance is visible under the "NinjaTrack page title near the top left
Change Date Range
1. Click on the date display near the top right
2. Select the desired date range
3. Click on the "Apply" button
Export Page Data
1. Click on "Export" directly above the "Total" column of the table
Spend Per Number
1. The "Phone Numbers" column in the per account spend table contains clickable values
2. Click on the number from the line of the desired account to see the spend broken up by purchased tracking number
3. Click on the "Back" button on the spend per number page to go back to the main billing page
Spend Per Call
1. The "Calls" column in the per account spend table contains clickable values
2. Click on the number from the line of the desired account to see the spend broken up by individual calls
3. Click on the "Back" button on the spend per call page to go back to the main billing page
Spend Per Charge
1. The "Total" column in the per account spend table contains clickable values
2. Click on the number from the line of the desired account to see the spend broken up by the individual charge transactions
3. Click on the "Back" button on the spend per transaction page to go back to the main billing page
Transaction Record
1. The table on the bottom half of the page displays the transaction record
2. Click on the underlined "Receipt" text to view transaction receipts
