White Labeling Options

White Labeling allows you to customize the look of certain parts of NinjaCat to carry your agency’s visual identity into your customers’ experience. White Labeling under Agency Settings allows you to upload custom images, set custom color palettes and customize out going email communication. This article lists how to edit the customizable pieces of NinjaCat to display your Agency’s identity.

Agency Logo

1. Go to the Setup Settings

2. Click on "Agency Settings" in the Setup sub-navigation bar2.png

3. Click on the "White Label" tab under Agency Settings5.png

4. Click on the "Upload" button1.png

5. Use the presented file browser to find the desired image

6. Click on the image in the file browser

7. Click on the "Open" button in the file browser

8. Click on the "Save Settings" button near the bottom left4.png

Email SMTP

1. Go to the Setup Settings

2. Click on "Agency Settings" in the Setup sub-navigation bar

3. Click on the "White Label" tab under Agency Settings5.png

4. Enter the requested information into the fields under the "Email SMTP" section2.png

5. Click on the "Verify" button to test the connection to your email provider3.png

6. Enter an email address in the "Test Email" field to send a test email

 

Media Default Images

1. Go to the Setup Settings

2. Click on "Agency Settings" in the Setup sub-navigation bar

3. Click on the White Label tab under Agency Settings5.png

4. Click on the "Upload" buttons under the Media Default Images section to upload custom images          that will be displayed in the event that originally chosen template images have issues4.png
