Bug Fixes

• Email Integration - a bad advertiser will no longer stop all emails from processing
• SSO with username / password provided will no longer always return access denied.
• PDFs containing AdWords widgets with Ad Dimensions will no longer produce only blank PDFs and template editor will no longer produce a javascript error.
• Reports generated through the API will not get stalled in a running state.
• Custom Mappings can now properly be found when generating reports from Google Sheets in certain situations
• Google Sheets Integration - Sheets within Team Drives are once again available.
• Tube Mogul - The labels and help text for assigning client id and api secret now give correct instructions.
