With a recent update, the domain name in the NinjaTrack script tag has changed:
What is the reason that the domain name changed?
Many agencies that work with NinjaTrack wanted to be able to use our call tracking solution, however, they wanted the domain name to be white-labeled so that NinjaCat did not appear in the source code. To facilitate these requests, we changed the domain name from the old script to remove NinjaCat from its name.
Will my old script tags still work?
Yes, the old script using the original domain name will still work, and all of your existing installed scripts will still function as before. There is no need to make any changes to your installed script tags.
Do I need to have both scripts installed on the same website?
No, it is not necessary to have both script tags installed on the same website. The address of the old script tag will automatically re-direct to the new script address, there is no need to make any changes to your existing installed scripts.
When installing a new number, you may choose to replace the old number script with the new script, or you may leave the existing script on the site and not add the new script: both options will work equally. There is no need to have both the old and the new script installed on the same website (though if you do have both, the redundant tag will not break anything).
