Call Tracking - Where do I find the token/password for my call tracking network?

When adding a new call tracking network to your NinjaCat account in the Networks tab, you will be prompted to fill in specific credentials based on which call tracking network you are trying to connect.

Each call tracking network we integrate with has their own unique way of successfully integrating with NinjaCat.

Below you will find each of the call tracking networks we are currently integrated with along with instructions on how to locate the correct credentials for successful integration.

CallRail

  1. Call Rail requires you to copy and paste your v2 API Key into NinjaCat. To locate your API Key for Call Rail follow these steps:
  • In another tab or browser, log into your Call Rail account
  • From your CallRail dashboard, in the top right corner select the drop-down next to your initials, then ‘Security’
  • If there are no API keys listed, click the button near the top right that says ‘Create New API V2 Key’. Your API Key will now appear in the table.
  1. Go back to your NinjaCat tab. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for CallRail.
  2. Copy and paste your API Key into NinjaCat's Network settings and click "Add Network".

CallSource

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for CallSource.
  2. You will that connecting to a CallSource network requires a Username and Password. These credentials are your CallSource Username/Account ID and Password to your CallSource account. Type in your credentials and click "Add Network"

CallTrackingMetrics

  1. CallTrackingMetrics requires you to copy and paste your API Access Key and Secret Key into NinjaCat. To locate your API Access Key and Secret Key for CallTrackingMetrics follow these steps:
  • In another tab or browser, log into your CallTrackingMetrics account
  • Go to the settings tab in the top right hand corner of your account
  • Select Agency/Account Settings
  • From the left menu, click on API Integration
  • Here you will be able to find your API Access Key and Secret Key
  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for CallTrackingMetrics.
  2. Copy and paste your API Access Key and Secret Key into the designated areas under the Password/Tokens column of your NinjaCat Network setup and click "Add Network"

Century Interactive

  1. Century Interactive requires you to provide your API access account username and password to NinjaCat for integration.  You must contact Century Interactive for an API access account. Your API access account is a different username and password than your log in credentials to Century Interactive. When you contact Century Interactive, ask for your API access account and then forward us your API access ID. You can forward your API access ID by opening a support ticket in NinjaCat or sending an email to: support@ninjacat.io
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for Century Interactive.
  3. Once NinjaCat receives your credentials we can connect your Century Interactive account

Ifbyphone (dialogtech)

  1. ifbyphone (dialogtech) requires you to provide your API Token/Access Key to NinjaCat for integration. To find your dialogtech API Token/Access Key, please click the following link:

  2. In NinjaCat, Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for Ifbyphone.
  3. Copy and paste your API Access Key and Secret Key into the designated areas under the Password/Tokens column of your NinjaCat Network settings and click "Add Network"

Marchex/VoiceStar

  1. Marchex/VoiceStar requires you to provide your Marchex/VoiceStar account username and password to NinjaCat for integration
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for Marchex.
  3. Type your Marchex/VoiceStar username and password into the designated areas under the Password/Tokens column of your NinjaCat Network settings and click "Add Network"

Mongoose (dialogtech)

  1. Mongoose (dialogtech) requires you to provide your API Token/Access Key to NinjaCat for integration. To find your dialogtech API Token/Access Key, follow these steps:
    • Log into your dialogtech account
    • Go to the Integrations page of your account
    • You will find your API Token/Access Key
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for Mongoose.
  3. Copy and paste your API Access Key and Secret Key into the designated areas under the Password/Tokens column of your NinjaCat Network settings and click "Add Network"

Navis

  1. You will need an account ID and password for each client in your Navis account. If you have multiple clients in your Navis account, you must create a separate Navis network for each client in NinjaCat. Please contact Navis for your account ID and password for your clients' credentials.
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for Navis.
  3. If you plan on utilizing more than one Navis network account for your agency, you can help eliminate confusion by placing your client's Navis username in the description field when entering your Navis network settings.
  4. Type or copy and paste your client's account ID and password for your Navis network settings and click "Add Network".

Response Tap

  1. You will need your API username/password from Response Tap in order to add a Response Tap network. Your Response Tap API login username usually begins with the format "api_####" - please contact Response Tap support in order to obtain your unique Response Tap API credentials.
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for Response Tap.
  3. Once you have obtained your API credentials from Response Tap support, type or copy and paste your Response Tap API Username/password into your NinjaCat Network settings and click "Add Network" .

TruMeasure

  1. You will need your Username/Account ID as well as your TrueMeasure API Token. To obtain your TruMeasure API Token, contact TruMeasure support at support@trumeasure.com and ask for your API Token credentials for integration with NInjaCat
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Setup. From the Data Sources tab, click "Add Network". Next, click "Connect" under the option for TruMeasure.
  3. Once you have obtained your API Token from TruMeasure support, type or copy and paste your TruMeasure Username/Account ID and API Token into the designated area of your NinjaCat Network settings and click "Add Network" to add your TruMeasure network profile.
