Billing info can be accessed by clicking on your name in the top-right corner, then click "Setup".
Agency billing can be found by clicking on Billing.
Here you can view receipts or request a "Monthly Billing Email". (The email address that we send your billing email to will be the one used when the account was first created. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to change your billing email address).
Credit card info can be changed on the billing screen by first clicking the blue button to remove your existing credit card*:
After you have removed your existing card, you can add a new one by clicking on the "Add Credit Card" button:
This will bring up a pop-up where you can enter in your credit card number, expiry and CVC code from the back of the card. Click on "Add Credit Card" to save your new card:
NinjaTrack billing can be accessed by first clicking on NinjaTrack from the Setup menu, then clicking on the blue "billing" button:
Once there you can review all of your NinjaTrack charges for the month. The phone numbers column indicates the number of times the account was charged a phone number rental fee for the time period, and the minutes column lists the total number of minutes used for the reporting period. You can change the date range of this report by clicking on the date in the top-right corner:
To export your account charges to a .csv file you can click on the "Export" button:
