Contacting NinjaCat Support: Chatting with an Agent

Hi there! Are you looking for help from a NinjaCat support agent? Help is only a click away! 

If you need help at while working in NinjaCat, you can click on the Help Button at the bottom of the screen.  

Our Live Chat Support hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with a break from noon-1pm for lunch.

You have the option to search for a topic or question to determine if there is a Knowledge Base Article which addresses your question or issue. If you cannot find a Knowledge Base Article to help your issue, you can click on the Live Chat button to start a chart with one of our NinjaCat Agents.


You can choose Support and type your question or concern in the Message Window then click Start Chatting.


 Please supply the following information in your chat so that the Agent who is responding can be as efficient as possible to help you.

  • Your Agency
  • The Account
  • The Template and/or Report
  • The Slide number(s) of your template



If you need to attach a Screen Capture in order to illustrate your issue or at the request of the NinjaCat Agent, you can click on Options in the Chat Window then Send a File. You may also drag a screenshot directly into the chat box to send an image.

 Once you have completed the Chat you can End This Chat and leave feedback.




If additional follow-up is needed, the Agent will open a Support Ticket to follow-up with you via e-mail until the issue is resolved.
