Number Setup in NinjaCat - Blacklisting unwanted phone calls in NinjaTrack

NinjaTrack allows you to Blacklist phone numbers which are considered SPAM or other unwanted calls in order to prevent the calls from reaching your customer.   

To Globally Blacklist a phone number:

From the SETUP Menu click on NINJATRACK, then SETTINGS

Scroll down to the SETTINGS and enter the phone number in the Global Blacklist and hit enter.  If you have more than one number continue entering the next phone number until finished.  Then scroll down and click on UPDATE SETTINGS at the bottom of the screen.

Be sure to scroll down and click on UPDATE SETTINGS at the bottom of the screen.

You can also Blacklist a phone number for an Account based on an individual tracking number.  From the Account, select the NinjaTrack Tracking # you wish to add a Blacklisted number by clicking on the ACTION Button.

Select EDIT

Scroll down to ADVANCED SETTINGS to enter the phone numbers you wish to Blacklist.  Hit enter after each entry.  The phone number will turn blue to indicate you have completed the entry.  Click UPDATE NUMBER at the bottom of the page once you are done entering the phone numbers.
