This article only describes the older-style Facebook Pixel ID mappings used prior to 2018. For the most up-to-date instructions, refer to: How to add Facebook custom conversion pixels
In Templates
Begin by clicking on the Reporting tab, then select TEMPLATES and either start a new template or select an existing template to edit.
Add a data widget to your template, then click on it and add the Facebook data source. Click on the pencil icon to edit the data source once added:
Select the Grouping and Mapping from the drop-down menu which was previously added from the Agency Data Source setup. Click on the button EDIT MAPPING to begin adding your custom pixels.
To add a new Custom conversion pixel ID, click on the CUSTOM PIXEL Tab and then ADD CUSTOM PIXEL Button:
Type in the custom conversion pixel ID, along with the user-friendly name of the pixel ID to add to your reports.
Click on OK and then SAVE to save your changes.
Once your custom pixel IDs have been added, click on the "Add Metrics" or "Add Custom" in order to search for your new metric. Type in the name of the metric that you just added in order to search for your new custom Facebook Pixel, then click on it to add it to your report:

Now your custom Facebook conversion pixels will show up in your reports in the same way as all of Facebook's other default actions. If you are still having trouble getting your custom conversion pixel IDs to show up in your reports, email support@ninjacat.io for assistance.
In Standard Templates (Legacy)
Click under Reporting - Templates to edit your template where you wish to use your Facebook custom conversion pixel.
Drag the Facebook Ads widget into your template, then click on the blue bar to expand the widget. Click on the "Filters" section to expand that section.
Scroll down to the bottom of the "Filters" section, and type in your conversion Pixel ID number in the box provided. You can add multiple IDs in this section, one ID per line.
