In order to reset a password for a colleague in your agency, you will need to have the appropriate user permissions to access and manage user accounts for your agency.
To change the account password, click on the dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner and select ‘Setup.’ On the Setup menu, click the ‘Users’ tab and search for the User account you would like to update.
Next, click the user account and once on the user profile, click the ‘Reset Password’ button at the top of the profile.
On the change password screen, enter in a password that meets the minimum requirement found on the right of the page. To show the password, click the eye icon to the left of the ‘Enter new password’ field. Click the ‘Change Password’ button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
