Report/Dashboard Color Palette

|
Where it applies |
When a template for a report or dashboard is ‘built from scratch’ (e.g. not created by copying a template) - the color pallette will be based on that specified in the account dashboard theme. |
* Note the predominant color is only applicable to legacy dashboards and may be ignored.
Email SMTP
Where to update |
|
Where it applies |
Any email sent from NinjaCat by default will come from ninjacat.io. This includes:
Setting up your Email SMTP allows you to specify your email server in place of ours. |
Using your own email provider is optional; however, the following settings are required when using your own:
- SMTP Host
- SMTP Secure (TLS or SSL) Port: Unsecure ports (e.g., 25 or 2525) are not recommended, as email contents will be accessible to anyone along the communication route
- SMTP Username: The username for your outbound (SMTP) email access
- SMTP Password: The password for your outbound (SMTP) email access
- SMTP Address: The address from which you want your emails to be addressed. This is typically identical to your SMTP username.
- SMTP From Name: The “friendly name” from which emails are sent.
Attachment size or throughput limits may disrupt the delivery of scheduled reports; please contact your email provider for further details. If Gmail is your email server, note that Google considers third-party SMTP access as "risky." When connecting to a Gmail account, you may need to relax the third-party application security setting (see: https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps).
Emails

The following HTML email templates can be customized:
|
The following is the default text for each email.
Dashboard User Welcome
Email Subject: Invitation to Access [AGENCY_NAME] Dashboard
User Welcome Email
Email Subject: Invitation to Join [AGENCY_NAME]
Report Email
The email subject and body is defined within each report profile:
The email body can optionally be augmented or completely replaced by modifying the report template in the Agency Settings. Be mindful that text specified in the template will impact ALL reports. A common use case for modifying the report template would be to include a common closing or signature text that should accompany every report. Text specific to a report can be specified in the report profile; text applicable to ALL reports such as a closing signature can be specified in the report template.
NinjaCat Premium White Labeling

Premium white labeling is included with all Enterprise level packages. It can be added to the Professional package for $50/month and includes standard white labeling options plus the following:
- Customizable Site URL (Cname)

- Menu Color
Customizable Site URL (Cname)
Your default log-in URLs will be as follows:
- NinjaCat agency platform users (you and your colleagues): https://app.ninjacat.io/ or https://yourcompanyname.ninjacat.io . For example, https://bestagencyever.ninjacat.io.
- Account Dashboard users (your clients): https://app.mymarketingreports.com
You may change this to anything.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain is a domain you own and anything is any string comprised of alpha-numeric characters. For example, reports.bestagencyever.com (assuming you own the domain bestagencyever.com). To implement this, let your CSM know what you would like your customized url to be.

The image's context should be focused in the center of the image, with no logos or text that approach the image's edges. Basically keep the important context of the image in the center yellow rectangle:
The top and bottom yellow rectangles can also be used in most cases, but little to no important content should reside in the far left or right 25% of the image, as these areas may be hidden from view depending on type of device utilized and screen resolutions.

Menu Color
You may modify the background color of your NinjaCat navigation menu by providing the desired Hex or RGB code(s) to your CSM. A light color is recommended so the tab labels remain clearly visible. The “live” tab (e.g. the tab you’re on) is always blue and the other tabs are black.
The screenshot below depicts the logo in the NinjaCat agency platform, as well as the favicon and page title. The menu color is a mint green.
